the best time to fish would be 3-5 days before the new and full moon and 3-5 days after the new and full moon

google it, theyll have some for free, itll tell you the best days to fish, which is generally the closer to a new or full moon the better

Wait until sunrise or sun down :) the fish will hide under dark places when its sunny like a dock and not come out, but when the sun goes down, they'll come out :)
