I need help with something?

Question

Ok the most popular guy in school is picking on me and won't leave me alone. Him and his friends glued my locker shut and cut a chunk of my hair out!!!! But I don't know if I can stand up to him. He is always pushing me around. I am tired of it. I know I am nothing but the book worm of the class but does he have to pick on me because I am smarter then him?? No offense to anyone I swear. I seriously am thinking about boping him right between the eye's if he don't stop. But I don't know if that is fair. What should I do??? How should I go about getting this problem fixed???? Thanks.

Cutting a chunk of your hair goes beyond just teasing. So, if you're a girl and this guy is harassing you (and it sounds like he is) feel free to hit him hard or slap him. I'll bet he'll stop bothering you then. And don't worry about the label 'bookworm'.....I'm sure someone called Bill Gates that too. That guy is going through what you call an inferiority complex.That is why he is doing everything possible to make himself feel superior to you. Actually, I know it is very frustrating, but you should feel good about it. You're much above all that immaturity. Your brains will take you somewhere good... where will the bullying take him?
As far as getting back at him is concerned, don't waste your time. It is exactly what he wants. Don't pay attention, he will soon get bored.
Get a new locker and a cool hair cut.

Go to the principal's office and have a talk with him and let him know how serious this is. It's not right that you are going to school to get a good education and you have to put up with being tortured!! That's not what you are there for. This is why alot of other kids have social issues and become bullies their selves. From being picked on and then they start doing the picking. I as a parent would be pissed, especially since I pay alot of money to send my child to school and come to find out some spoiled bad *** little kid is pickin' on him. I would be ready to beat his butt myself. Please understand that this is not cool and you should have not tolerated this ever. But I understand your fear. But when you go to the principals office explain to him everything that's going on and if you have to exaggerate it, please do sometimes people only take things serious if it's handled this way. Let him know you fear for your safety and take it a step further and get the parents involved. No reason why they shouldn't know what their kid is doing in school. He will be disciplined and punished accordinly i'm sure. Do not allow people to treat you bad ok, EVER!!! HIWH.

Naturally, most would say to follow chain of command starting with teacher. But; if it was me I would call the police up to the school while it is in session and file a complaint against him for harrassment and then let them handle it from there. My daughter had a problem like this before and that's what I had to do because no one at the school took her seriously enough about the harrassment. Once the police were called up to the school and questioned him; he eventually transfered to another school and my daughter didn't have anymore problems. Hope this helps.

Have your parents have him arrested for barbering with out a license I am serious it is a law in fact one of my husbands cousins went to jail for it.

Report every incident to school officials even the little ones
after you get quite a few built up then you can get him charged with harassment.

Nail his but to the wall he will get all kinds of legal fines possibly some jail time depending on his age. And you get the last laugh with out getting into trouble.

If he messes with you afterwords do the same exact thing until it stops.

Try to get one of your friends to do some video taping of him pushing you or harassing you that would be the best evidence.

Bullies, I didn't know that this still went on.I think that you should tell your teacher and parents and get the principle involved. If that doesn't work then someone needs to talk to the board. I do not think that this should be allowed because someone else is smarter than someone. I am sorry you are going through this but sometimes guys do this because they like you and they are in these crazy groups to make them feel good about themselves. He will realize sooner or later that he was wrong, but just make sure you let someone know.

glue their lockers shut of fill it with something that will ruin their stuff but make sure noone knows it's you. then get his picture and paste it on a fat girl in a bikinis body. post them all over the school. make a myspace and put his pic on their and say he is looking for guys to date. Add all of the kids from your school. but DON'T LET ANYONE KNOW THAT YOU DID IT. Keep it to yourself. Don't even tell your best friend. If it persists. Continue to sabatoge him. Be sneaky about it. You are not going to do this for popularity but to only give him a taste of his own medicine.

In my area they have peer counselors and rules against bullying. If you school has either of these you should use them. You could also go to the school guidance officer or school nurse (both would be confidential) and they could give you the proper direction given the situation. Good luck and God Bless.

There are different methods of approaching this.
1) you can ignore it. In this case, you can't.
2) you can try telling him to #@%* off. That's a bad word so we won't go there.
3) you can challenge him to something that won't give either of you the upper hand. If you win, he leaves you alone. If he wins, he leaves you alone or else.
4) you can tell your principal. He/She always knows what to do.

Talk to a teacher about this !!! I had the same issue my freshman year of high school; I talk to my advier she said to tell the dean about my issue with him. And my parnets and his parnets had a to have a sit down talk bc i was threating a harssment charge if he didnt stop. He back down, bc he didnt want to lose his football sholoship. Now if i end in class with him they just change my schl. like this past year i was in my senior english class he was in there. at the end of the class i walk to my conluser, she change everything.
All my saying in the end talk to your dean and teachers and threaten a harssment change if that doesnt work talk to the police bc its serious if he cut your hair. i would decked him right then and there.
