holding is...you guessed it, possession. Yep, the person was stupid to hold it. Plenty of dealers don't do their drug - they just sell it to others.

hey dont liten to all the perfect people and their perfect opinions. People dont always make the best decisions. If youve never been in trouble dont worry get a lawyer, plea for ajudicated probation. You will have years of drug test classes and freedom. Best of all if u really dont do drugs u will finish with flying colors and it will not be a conviction.Have faith in GOD . Let him judge u not man

you have to go to court and explain to the Jude. If that person has a clean record and its a first time offense, nothing will happen, maybe a ticket or something. of but of course it depends on how much meth he had on him.

If you have it on your person, you have possession of it. It doesn't matter if you were going to use it yourself, hold it for someone else, throw it away later, or decorate with it...it's called "possession"...guilty.

My opinion is that whoever was "holding" the drugs for their "friend" is an absolute moron.

Did you even read what you wrote? "Charged with posession." Read that. Two or three times.

dumb fart still deserves prison. he could have said no. he needs to pick new friends.

But don't worry, if this is the first time, the judge will most likely be lenient.

If this person is a frequent visitor to the court system, expect a harsh sentence.

He wasn't charged with "possession" because an unwelcome spirit invaded his body.

Sheesh.

They shouldn't be holding it. It's their fault. Don't get involved at all w/ drugs, and you won't get caught.
