OUCH....
yep it sounds as though you have some termoil going on. It's hard being friends with someone that you've recently been intimate with.
I think once two people are intimate, they gather feelings for each other as though they wouldn't want to see the other get hurt. Nevertheless when a relationship comes to an end, it's like a chapter in a book that has been closed.
It sounds to me through what you have wrote. That it is time to start a new chapter in your life. I'd move on, and if she is ready to commit more of her feelings. Then I'm sure she'll let you know. It's surely not fair to keep you in the hanging while she get's to explore. And making each experience you are around each other bitter, and hard.
Keep your chin up... and look into another chapter.

I don't think it's an option to be her mate at this point. She's with someone else. So for that reason I think you shuold **** around the world for a year or more. Good Luck with that.

Once you have dipped into the well, all friendships are off. You are being played. She is having her cake and eating it too. There you are waiting in the wings. Dude you have your freedom, enjoy

i think that you should still have a good relationship, just dont spend as much time around her. be there when she needs you but nothing else. do your own thing. youll find it better.
