Its very hard for a while. A lot of people say to hang out with friends and talk to them. I've went through this and a lot of times I didn't feel like hanging out but it is the best thing for you. Go out and have a great time with them and act like everything is great people with will respect you for the strength you have. It takes a while to learn how to live with out them in your life. It seems really bad at times, but trust me eventually you will pull through it and things won't seem so bad but the worst thing is the hurt doesn't stop for a long while after a long relationship. Try to see things in a good way, don't sit by yourself and dwell this makes things worse. I always had to go to my sisters and just be around people for a while. It's all very hard to deal with hang in there!

like the saying goes "its better to have loved and lost then never loved at all". so the reason u miss that person so much because you thought u could ve never loved anything more then her and once shes gone its hrd to have feelings for any anyone else. for example my aunt she died and its a hard relization that shes gone forever but u never acually stop loving that person all you have to do is remember shes still in your heart and after u come to relize shes not with u, even though it might take quite a while, you can have hope of falling more in love with another with still the comfort of your last still with u in your heart, even if your first love doesnt feel the same. so getting to the point its because u still have feelings and it takes a while.

because you have loved them all that time and just because you broke up doesn't mean you stop loving them. Maybe the love you felt ran really deep and it will take alot to get over it. Time heals nothing. It's what you do during that time that helps you move on. So, either reconcile or realize that you may fall in love with someone else if you give yourself the chance.

If you loved the person for 3 years, why would you get over them in a day? - it doesn't add up you;re not going to get all your feelings and time back from 3 years within days. Patience.

ahh because you've loved them for three years.. and you got comfortable with them its kinda like a routine now,, take a couple months and you'll be fine without them, unless you two have children then they will be in your life FOREVER !!!!
