So my best friend, turned BF for three months, and then i broke up with him b/c he is moving back home two hours away to finish school. i can totally see the possibility of us getting together again in the future, in a year or two. if he asked me to move with him, i probably would. why don't guys' see the possibilites in a relationship and take a chance?

Why did you break up with him if you think there's a future between the two of you. The way you have painted it, it seems as though you were the one to pull away. Maybe you should've discussed the possibilities before breaking it off. Guys need to be directed. They can't just read your mind and automatically know what you want.

he might just be realistic... im in the same situation... we didnt mean to get into a long distance relationship... but we did. but i only get to see her every 6-7 weeks... or even longer... its hard man, really is...
Or he might not be as into you as you are to him... theres many possibilities on why he broke up with you. But long distance is hard, and living together is a giant step in a relationship.

Because they wanna check out other better possibilities before settling for one.They will be back only if other possibilties didnt work for them.Another reason is that they dont wanna be tied up.They are freedom lovers.
