I really like this guy and he likes me. We know that we like each other. But he tends to like other girls at the same time. It really hurts me becuase I care a lot about him. What I do? Do I tell him about it? Do I ignore it and move on? WHAT DO I DO?

Move on.
Sure he likes you, but probably just because you are a great girl, not necessarily because he is into you. You could try to tell him about your feelings and then sit back and really listen to his response. That is if you need to hear it from the horse's mouth.
