I'm about to start a membership at this athletic club in downtown Atlanta. It's really expensive and it's around a ton of proffesional business. I'm not really going to lose weight, running is one of my hobbies. I'm really excited. Do you think I might actually meet some good men? What kind of men do you think will be there? ( I'm trying to change my setting, I don't go to the club so I have to find another possibiliy other than the park or the movies)

Ok I see it's some haters out there, I'm not going to the gym to look for a man , I'm going to the gym to enjoy the pool, and the spa. I look sexy in a ponytail and some work out clothes so I just want to know what I can expect my surroundings to be.

You might be able to find some nice ones but they are over-all really into themselves.....I would suggest going to home depot.....it is a virtual petry dish full of men.....I spent more of my single days lulling about there and always met some nice guys.....!!!!

You can meet men at a club. Here is the key to doing it. Just make subtle eye contact with a man that you are interested in. Once you find the one that you are after try to be there around the same time that he is. Don't be forward just keep the eye contact going for awhile and let him make the first move. Trust me guys love the chase and it usually works everytime, it did for me. Good luck.

Sure, the gym is a great place to meet men or women for that matter, Its good that changing your setting because that will probably produce a different outcome. However, if your looking for a man, you are really going to have to put yourself out there to be seen.

Lots of men you may meet at the gym just arnt the dating or relationship types. I would be careful there.

You know, imitate her. Work hard, get sweaty. Go for free weights more then machines, ask guys for advice. Single guys who are interested will probably be happy to give you help, cause for a guy who is interested in you, he gets to show off his knowledge and his muscles all at once.

You know you should go there and check it out real good first. If it is in downtown Atlanta..it could be a lot of gay men. Hate to say it but it is true...check it out real well first.

Men are the same everywhere it doesn't matter if you meet them in the park, at the movies, at the club or even at church they all have one thing on their mind and that's getting the p*ssy.

I am sure with such a positive attitude you will go far. I met one of my exes at the gas pump. Don't limit your looking area to just the gym.
