Realistically, nothing at all. That's why a crush is a crush, isn't it? If anything IS said, then it becomes either something less or something more than just a crush.

If it were I whom had the crush, I would make eye contact & smile, while speaking in a seductive manner, telling them how great they looked.
If it were another with a crush on me, I would smile & say hello, while walking buy.

Well, my crush once wore a suit. So, I would tell him he looks nice in a suit. I would also tell him that I care about him a lot. I just really care about him.
