Any exercise Ideas? I cant Run cause I have bad knees.

You can do ab exercises such as cruchces and various pilates techniques. I found that my abs were in great shape when I took a modern dance class one summer because we focused on strengthening the core. Also, you can get an exercise video. I find that Sharon Mann is very effective at helping to meet personal fitness goals.

if you can, do the kapalbhati pranayam suggested by RamDev Ji. do it for at least 15 minutes daily preferably in the morning or 4 hrs after any meal. at the same time, drink a lot of water (7-8 litres a day).

Don't buy anything because they don't work. Always hold your tummy in like you are trying to pull it into your back. Do lots of pelvic tilts standing or sitting.

Pilates worked wonders for me and I mean on the reformer ,the cadillac, and the wunda chair.....Look for a class that utilizes these. Matwork didn't work as well for me but everyones different.

I know from experience so trust me on this really the secret to losing fat is just running. i used to be overweight so my brother (who's a marine) asked me to run with him. i started off slow but i got the hang of it, now i can run forever its so simple but if you cant then just walk, take alot of walks
