Flouride may be good for teeth in limited quantities but it's not necessarily good for the rest of your body. Because of different reactions - muscle twitches, memory loss, etc - that are possible, I want to get rid of it quickly.

Please see the web pages for more details on Skeletal fluorosis and Dental fluorosis. It is impossible to supply non-fluridated water to millions of people who are living in remote villages. They drink water from the wells, ponds and rivers without proper water treatment.

It will gradually be excreted out over time, so just keep drinking nonfluoridated water and limiting your use of fluoride toothpaste (I use Tom's most of the time, and Colgate only 2-3 brushings per week).

It's amazing in this day and age how we are still forced to injest a fairly toxic drug (100 mg of sodium fluoride will stop your heart in mere seconds) against our will simply so that those who are too lazy to brush can have less cavities. Incredible...

If you don't believe me, just check out the link to an MSDS on NaF:

"chelation therapy" may help to rid the body of Flouride. Don't forget to change your toothpaste as well, since there is flouride in most toothpaste brands. Tom's toothpaste has no flouride versions.

Correct flush it with water, and sweat it out becaiuse its in every cell.
BUT its also attached to your bones which will start leaching out as your bone rebuilds with NEW Calcium supplements you take.
Your body re-generates itself about every year, your brain every 7 years.

All water supplies in the US fluoridate their water. Either you have to move out of US or distill your own water !
