Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1/3 c peanut butter
1/3 c confectioners sugar
1/3 c light karo syrup
1/2 c powdered dry milk
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until a workable dough consistency. If
batter is too sticky, add more powdered milk. Divide dough into large
balls; roll into log shapes, and place on wax paper and refrigerate. Slice
into sections and serve chilled.
NOTE: Nuts or candies can be added if desired.
