The revelation says: God created the heavens and the earth. What this means is that God existed before He created everything you can observe, that includes a star, all stars, everything.
So what does the Most High want? Not stars. Maybe something that His prophet said: This is what the Lord asks of you; only this, to act justly, to love tenderly, and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8

that is a very generic question
* I Do beleive That Jesus Is God, The Most High, the King of king, everlasting father
however to just say most high that could be taken many ways.
same as father
there are 2 spiritual father
one is God who created the heavens and earth
and the other is the devil for in John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do
