Hopefully you meant how to "look" up the credit reports and Bettyboop is correct with her websites. The three bureaus are required to provide you a free copy once a year.
I would recommend that you get your free copy from each individual credit bureau at different times of the year. For instance, get your first report on May 1st from Experian (covering Jan-Apr). Get you second report on September 1st from Transunion (covering May-Aug) and get your 3rd report from Equifax on January 1st (covering Sep-Dec).
Doing it this way will allow you to view all of your credit activity throughout the year and it won't cost you a dime.

You can freeze your credit reports for about $10 at each bureau, I believe... If you wish to look up your credit report, go to the government's site at www.annualcreditreport.com
I'd suggest locking up ("freezing") your credit report if you're concerned about someone hijacking your information and opening up fraudulent accounts.
