I am 23 years old and weigh 126. A year ago I weighed 100 lbs. Since Ive been w my bf ive gained weight. Ive tried diet pills and now have a membership at Golds. DOes anyone know how I can lose weight fast?

It could just be your body changing... but it will be difficult to fix things if it's because of your bf's eating habits. Unless he changes too there's probably not much that will help.

It took you a year to gain it, so set a goal of a year to lose it (don't EVER take diet pills...they ruin your metabolism). Girls often gain weight in a serious relationship b/c we get wined and dined! The gym membership is the best thing for you - the weight you lose from working out is more likely to stay off than what you lose from dieting.

P.S. 5'4" and 126 sounds like a great size!!

5'4" is way too tall to weigh 100 lbs. I am 5'6", I weigh 140 lbs, and people are always telling me how small I am and how much I need to eat. I think it's unrealistic for you to want to be that small again. Just put down the diet pills and enjoy yourself the way you are.

ok this is how i did it, some pills from my country,,but there not available here...anyways drink tea, at least one every night before you go to bed,,, the brand i use is ballerinas tea, its a green box w/ a ballerina on the front!! its soooo GREAT!! you will be in the toilet by the early morning, but it gives great results, also you can drink grapefruit juice as soon as you wake up in the morning, eat about 6 light meals during the day, such as fruits and granola bars or veggies w/ olive oil...its not that bad actually,,, make sure you do not eat after 6pm,.. this is crucial because your metabolism does not digest any food after this time, drink LOTS of water too..the results are AMAZING!!! good luck !!

For a medium sized body, you are supposed to be 124-138 pounds. What's wrong with 126? I'm confused.

You are just fine,just try to exercise 4 to 5 days a week to keep your weight steady.

Count your blessings! Embrace your THICKNESS! You sound fine to me! Everybody likes a little meat on the bones! Don't even think about dieting! Just take it and run with it!

You really aren't that badly overweight. If anything, you're just about right. Though you might want to drop that last 5 pounds or so.

Drink extra water and get exercise, if it really worries you.

Meanwhile, don't fret.

ok. i do kno wat 2 do but u shouldnt b worryin bout ur weight but u want an answer so when u hav time go joggin, dont take those diet control pills if they havent worked, drink lots of water, and spererate bad carbs from good carbs if u kno which is which in food. hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!!!
