I need to know what someone with osteoprosis can't do. Things like lifting heavy objects, bending over at strange angles, etc. HELP!

My mom, who is 73 has osteoporosis, it hasn't slowed her down one bit. She actually bends better than I do.

One should do whatever they. Exercise is the best thing to keep from getting stiff. Every one has to just know their limitations. I Have lived with this for 20 + years.

avoid vigorous activities and sudden movements because bones are already brittle.. avoid contact sports and prolonged in one position..poor posture is a no no
