I haven't paid much attention to them but my guess is just some trim differences. I understand they are getting ready to redo the Stang in a year or two.

2007 has some minor shock tower differences to accomodate the 5.4 in the Shelby. Also there are some minor engine coolant plumbing changes. The 07 has heated seats and a trunk release in the car. The 07 also comes with a hookup on the front of the Shaker (upgrade) radio for an mp3 hookup. The 06 has none of those features. Other than that, they are the same car.

a year and there are some little differances to make it seam differant but in all they are basic same cars you will pay more for the 2007 because it is up to date and 2006 is last years model
