I would do a dyeable like this...
http://www.davidsbridal.com/accessory_detail.jsp?stid=1958&prodgroup=167
to match the dress color, or do something white...
http://www.davidsbridal.com/accessory_detail.jsp?stid=1430&prodgroup=167
(obviously you'll probably have to click on the colors to view them)
Other pale pinks...
Not sure what you want to spend, but here are some ideas:

Here are some pre-dyed styles and they have a neat color called blossom that might work for you.

If you have another color in the wedding, you could consider doing that as well. Otherwise, take another color from the bouquet.
Good luck!

I think buying those shoes you can dye to match the dress would prob. go best. Trying to match shoes to a solid pink dress is hard as there aren't many choices out there that would go without making your feet stick out. If there are other colors in the dress you could buy a shoe in that color, but I'm assuming that the dresses are that solid pale pink.
If you didn't want to go with having shoes dyed to match...you might be able to get away with a simple white shoe or perhaps a nude tone. Buying a strappy sandal in those colors or maybe even a clear or silver might work as well. I'm sure a black strappy sandal would work but, I personally feel that it would draw the eye to the feet because the color is so bold compared to the dress. When you go shopping for the shoes, bring either a swatch of fabric or maybe a picture of the dress and hold the shoe up to either the fabric or swatch to see how the colors work. Consider the style of the dress to. Don't buy a complicated shoe if the dress is simple, you don't want to draw attention to your feet during the party.
If you're still not sure, ask a sales associate in the shoe store or even the person you are purchasing the dress from for some ideas as well.

How about a Bone color or a light sand color. Honestly I think anything would go. Its may so you might want to steer clear of the white shoe just because of the white after Memorial day rule, but honestly, for a wedding I dont think that rule matters and although I still follow the rule, many women dont anymore.
Whatever you decide just make sure they are comfy!

I was in a wedding and we all wore silver sandals...They looked beautiful...What does the bride think? I personally think silver would look the best because white is too much for a pale pink and brown..ugh..NO..do not worry about dying shoes that cost to much and you can not wear them again!!

The shoes could be dyed to match the dresses or a pretty cream colour might be nice - if it is a summer wedding the shoes could be a true white. Good luck and have a nice time. God Bless.

I would stick to the basics - silver, black, or white, depending on your other wedding colors. If your wedding colors are lighter (like white or silver or pastels) I would go with silver or white. But, if one of your colors is black, go with black. My bridesmaids had a pale pink dress with silver shoes, but silver and pink were my wedding colors, so it went with the theme. I don't think I'd try to match the pink or do an off white or tan (unless your dress is off white). Good luck and congrats!

I would go with white or silver if you have accent jewelry to go with it. (would be nice in silver). Even then, you can go with pink shoes, but I would chose a shade slightly darker so you don't look so monotone.
Good luck and have fun at the wedding.
