Where should a man take a women on a first date? Someplace classy, or somewhere casual?

Depends on the girl...
One of the best things, that I've ALWAYS enjoyed. Is going to something really fancy, where I have to dress up and look great, and then after wards hit some where far more fun! Do both on the first date, that way she can see you are willing to show her how a lady should be treated, but that you also know how to have fun!
Keep an eye on how she looks.. if she seems to be uncomfortable at one point, try to get her out of that scene.

i think you should take her some place casual. You dont really know her style and likes and dislikes i dont know about you but i always feel uncomfortable around really classy people. take her out to a nice dinner where you guys can talk maybe a movie and a walk through the park or something. Thats not to classy but still romantic.

A nice restaurant is always a safe bet for a first date. Good atmosphere and easier conversation. Then if the date is good, move on to something casual after that.

Depends on the type of women! If she is a uptown kinda gal, take her to a classy place! (maybe dancing and nice dinner with wine) If she is more of a country gal, take her to a more casual place! (Dinner and some pool at a bar)

Depends on the woman, if she is a shy kind of girl, then take her to someplace quiet like Patty's or Majestics. If she is outgoing, try taking her to somewhere more livelier. It doesnt really matter though, if she likes you it wont matter where the two of you go, she should enjoy herself.
