put 4 nails into the holes around the fiestas stereo, move all four away from the stereo < > this frees the unit.
either cut the ford wiring and stereo wiring and link up as per or go to halfords and pay through your nose for a loom with the correct connectors (iso) (15 quid!)
you'll also need a surround as the stereo size will be different (ford is DIN plus half to be akward) halfrauds (20 quid!)

You can look online or at a car stereo store to get an adapter that will fit the Fiesta dash.

just lay it on the seat
that way when they steel it, nothing gets broken
