Have a shake about 1/2 an hour before you workout....this will give your body some energy
Have a shake right after working out....this replaces the protein that your body is craving
and to the People that are going to say 'but you should have gatorade after a workout'

ahhh NO
not unless its still 1990 protein shakes as post workout drinks are proven to be better
even chocolate milk has countless studies showing it to be 200 times better than gatorade in that respect

Hi there. The other guy has a good point, but I don't think that is not enough workout to justify protein, just maybe a little and eat more of it. Wait until you have more time to go the whole hog.

just eat your regular food but with more protein content do it gradually and the results will last longer need to step up the work out to 3 times a week
