does anyone have any advise.For about 4-5 monthes i have been suffering with stress realy badly i now why im getting stressesd and i no everyone gets stressed out every now and then but latey im finding it impossible to deal with.Sometimes its just the slightest thing that goes wrong and i just flip then 3-4 hourse later i cant see why i lost it so much and i feel bad expetialy when i take it out on a mate or relative or my partner i get like for instance today my passport application was sent back saying it couldnt be prossed beacause the counter signiture sighned out side the box .i got so worked up i could feel myself shaking and my head starts killing me and i can hear the agreshion im my own voice and i realy loose it .Then when i got to work this bloke starts going on about how this should have been done and that should have been done yesterday i realy felt like i could have just layed into him i realy no i have a problem but dont have a clue about what to do .
