Of course not! Could be worms, parvo, cancer or mabe the pup ate something that has injured it internally (bones?) . The pup needs a vet.

No it is not normal. Has the pup had this ever since you had it, and you do not say where you got it from. If the pup is lively in itself, then this sounds like a case of colitis, which is simply inflammation of the colon (the intestine). This is more common than you think, but it very unpleasant for the dog.
If the pup is lethargic and not eating or vomiting, take it to a vet asap, as it could be something more sinister such as parvo virus.
You do need to put your puppy onto a bland diet, such as chicken and rice, feeding small amounts about 4-5 times a day. This will help to calm her tummy down. Always ensure there is plenty of fresh water, and you could even add some rehydration support to the water, as diarrhoea will lead to dehydration. With colitis, there is no cure, you can only manage it as best you can. Get her onto a bland diet, see how she goes, or take her to a vet.
Good luck

no not really, i would advise to go to the vet, it could be anything, my pup had blood and mucus and it turned out it was just because he couldnt poo and was straining to hard. try not to worry until u find out what is wrong from the vet, until you go i recommend you feed ur pup chicken and rice it will help with the runs. good luck

Get your Pup to a vets---NOW! It sounds like Parvivirus or at least Gastro Enteritis! Please do not take heed of LoopyLa as he is going too deeply into Colitis etc at this time! Starve your Pup if you are not going to be bothered about the Vets also boil the drinking water...However...If you wait you may not have a pup in the morning!!!!i

no it needs to go for a check up. whip worms can cause blood and mucus in stools and can be very dangerous for them, bowel infections , and even parvo could be other causes, take it to the vet and get the proper diagnoses

No this is not normal. Diarrhoea can cause dehydration and mucoid/heamorhagic (blood) can possibly mean something is wrong ie gastric colitis or even a virus. Is the dog vaccinated?. You need to seek advise from your veterinary surgeon asap.

Your dog definitely needs to go the Vet as soon as possible. There are many different problems that could be causing the bleeding.
