well if they are able it would be nice if they could help you out. but it is not an obligation just because you are dating.

Personally I feel, when you're married you should have joint bank accounts..you are both equal. But I feel, when dating...your money is your money and his is his..unless like you said..one needs help till their paycheck comes in., then you can lend that person the money but expect it to be paid back as in some relationships..one partner earns more and the other takes advantage of that...borrows money till their pay comes in then doesn't pay it back. It really depends on the partner you're with. Hope that helped* Everybody has their own views on it.

I think the couple should help each other out. If its always one sided I can see the hesitation, but I think you should help eachother out I think that it is important to be there for eachother in all aspects of the relationship

ABSOLUTELY!! If he has it to give and you've given to him when he was in need then I would even go as far as to ASK him for some help. You should have no shame about doing that if you guys love each other. And he should have no problem helping his girl out!!

I think if you guys have a serious and good relationship of course I think your boyfriend/girlfriend should help each other out. You are supposed to have each other's back.

It's probably best to keep money out of things unless you're living together or married.

LOOK if you help him he should help you back.BUT if he dont help you now, dont help him no more .PUT it in the bank.IF he ask tell him you dont have it right now. BE STRONG. THAT should tell you how he is going to treat you after you get married too.
