what is causing my five years old boy to start rippen off his milk teeth. i went home from work only to realise that he has some of his teeth ripped off, which i considered unusual.

WELL I DEPENDS ON WHICH TEETH, COS SOME OF THE TEETH MAY FALL OUT AT THIS AGE..USUALLY THE FRONT ONES ONLY AT THIS AGE.

PERHAPS HE FELL OR WAS HIT BY SOMEONE AND HE IS NOT TELLING, THIS COULD BE A POSSIBILITY AS WELL.

Either he is really stressed and is pulling them prematurely, or it's simply time, and you didn't realize they were loose.

Five is about the right age for a child to start losing teeth. Typically, they lose teeth in about the same order they came in. If his upper teeth came in first, he is likely to lose them first, etc.

If you're worried about it, see a dentist!

He is a child and loose teeth fascinate them, they just keep wiggling them with their tongue and fingers until they fall out. especially if they have been told there is a tooth fairy
