psst, the wars of men are wrong! The only wars inspired by God for the fulfillment of His plans are plainly stated in the bible. Including this final war that is to come.

"More wars have been fought in the name of Christianity than any other cause. The Bible was full of wars and killing."

No where is there anything that supports this gross generalization, in fact in the 20th century, which saw the atheistic communist and Nazi ideologies rise we have seen more killing than the previous 19 put together, which specifically includes the crusades and the inquisitions, which were done in the name of Christianity.

And, the comment that the bible was full of wars and killing is true, but if the context of this comment was that those wars were all started by Jews would be grossly inaccurate as well. There were many wars that were against the Jews in the bible. Because we live in a wicked world that is set against God war became a neccessary tool used by God as someone mentioned to either advance His grand plan or as judgment on His people, which also means it was used to advance His ultimate purpose and goals.

Unless you are well versed in historical information I would be cautious in the future of making gross generalizations that have no basis in fact based on a possible contempt you have towards a certain religious group or religion in general.

Where does it say that war is wrong? There are many wars in the Bible where God takes the side of the righteous against the unrighteous. It's called a just war. Same concept as self-defense.

The Bible says that murder is wrong. Murder is killing that is not done in self-defense. Murder is deliberately killing someone that you know is innocent. That's why we should not kill the innocent unborn children in the womb.

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you, a prophet to the nations I appointed you.
-Jeremiah 1:5

The Bible never outlaws war. What it does forbid is murder - "Thou shalt not murder" is what it would read literally. War may be necessary as a means of defense against those who threaten our safety. It is not permissable to attack someone for no good reason, but given the wickedness of the world in which we live, it would seem that at some point it would be neccessary to take military aciton. God doesn't forbid that.

Because these religious leaders are using religion for their own personal agenda. They are misrepresenting the scriptures, and appealing to people's religious convictions to further their own agenda.
