gave me some pills to help my memory, but I keep forgetting to take them.......any ideas?

After my brain injury I had heaps of problems with this - I kept forgeting if I'd taken them or not - I have diabetes too so it was even worse! I ended up getting a special pen for my diabetes that tells you if you've taken your insulin or not (but sorry that's not gonna help you) I set an alarm clock for my tablets and wrote down when I'd taken them so I didn't take them twice (I still did take them twice a few times but was luckily ok!) - try a kitchen timer or something like that that you can carry about with you, also take them as soon as it goes off to stop you from not knowing if you took them or not. Hi. Go to the store and buy a Pill Box. They make all sizes and shapes. Then you can put your pills in it and place the box in an area that you spend alot of time.
That should help you remember.

These pills that my GP prescribed for a minor condition, well a bout of pleurisy apparantly, so some sort of a steroid injection as well, allows me to observe my boots drifting across the floor.
Most weird, and alarming.
However, according to the blurb for "Caberet"
"It's awful, but you'll like it"

At least, you can still remember that you have forgotten to take those pills.
So, it's not necessary for you to take those pills.

You could write yourself sticky notes and put them along with your meds in a place where you frequent such as by the fridge or the microwave or even your nightstand.

Put on a really loud alarm clock.... Or buy a watch with a good alarm in it.
