When I work on the triceps/biceps 2-3 excersies for each muslce group. I spread them out from morning till evening. Or should I just do all excersies in a couple of hrs.

It shouldn't take that long to do a full body workout let alone a split routine....re asses the way your working out....even if it is solely for vanity reasons then you should not be working out for 2-3 hours
at the most a full body workout should last is 1 hour
the more effort you put into a workout the more results you'll see...and the shorter it will end up being

It all comes down to how much time you have to spare.

The good thing about spliting your workout into 2 per day is that you resupply your energy reserves so your second workout in the day seems like it is your first since you go in rested.

This does take up more time so if you do not have it to spare I would suggest to do everything in one workout.

Remember to always do your big muscle before your smaller ones. For instance, do your chest before your triceps or your back before your biceps. If you do your triceps before your chest for example, your triceps will give out before your chest.

In terms of the bulky look. Stick to the basic exercises and go no lower than 3-5 reps. Use the pyramid principle where you increase the weight after each set. More importantly learn how to do the basic exercises PROPERLY. Never jerk the weight, handle the weights in a smooth controlled fashion (especially with heavy weights).

Basic exercises I would suggest: 1. Deadlift - this is probably one of the best ones since it demands all your muscles to contribute to the exercise. This will make you stronger in all your movements. 2. Squats - again good form is key. Keep back as straight as you can and try to go down to at least parallel. 3. Bench Press - remember to push back instead of up. The chest is shaped like an arc. 4. Barbell Rows. Build the lats. 5. Barbell/Dumbell presses. for the shoulders..........etc........

ALWAYS USE GOOD TECHNIQUE OVER WEIGHT.

Also, remember to stretch before, during, and after your workouts. This will minimize soreness and contribute to shaping and toning your muscles

Good Luck and have fun!

It is not advisable to spread your work out for whole day.

A good work out regime is which can be finished within an hour. Or maximum one hour and fifteen minutes. If you go beyond that limit, instead of getting muscular your body will produce the hormones which make more tired.

So, combine the work out in a holistic manner and finish within an hour. This will be an ideal approach for building strength and muscles.

Have a nice day.

If it were cardio you were doing then you could spread that out, but you should do all your weight lifting at one time.

You should do them all at once, it reduces your repair time. In turn it will give you a more ripped look. But as long as your doin it, it doesnt really matter
