hmmm...bake some cookies? (though that might be kind of dangerous in your condition). Ask a friend who has money to drive you to the 7-11?

Write "I'm high and out of cookies, and don't have any money" on a sign and stand in front of the 7-11.

Stop spending your cash on drugs and then you'll have more than enough money for cookies....but then you won't need the cookies so much I guess....so you'll save money!!! :D
