Yes,muscle weighs more than fat,but,takes up less space. A well toned body will be smaller than one with a higher percent of body fat. I would rather be pleased with what I see in the mirror,rather than numbers on a scale. Muscle burns more calories than fat,so, you will actually burn calories with your buffed bod. Way to go!!

You haven't really done loads but your weight won't automatically just drop off just after you start. Crunches build up muscle as well as getting rid of fat. If you keep at it and stick to a balanced diet you'll physically see the difference and weight doesn't matter so much.

You don't lose weight that quickly. Try doing those crunches every day for two months, then re-weigh

Its getting later in the day. Your weight will get higher towards the night. I think you may gain a little weight after you excersize too.
