what are the symptoms of Strep Throat. i think i have it. could i have gotten it from my boyfriend, he has it.

I can't even tell you how many times I had strep......
symptoms are similar to what you would feel like when you have the flu, just you have a very hard time swallowing.
High fever and I'm talking 102-104, body aches, and as for the swore throat, it's weird I know I've experienced it, but you DON'T have to have a major swore throat to have strep.
It could just be a little red, and hurt a little when you swallow. Not every one will have the same symptoms, but if your b/f has it or had it, most likely you do too.
Rest up, and see a Dr if you don't know for sure!

It's VERY contagious so if he's got you probably do too, tell your doctor when you see them. You will usually have little white bumps on the back of your tongue and throat get someone to look with a flashlight for you.

Possible, if your sore throat lasts for more than 3 days, you probably have it and need to see a Dr.

you have a sore throat it,s hard to swallow food. it feels like arazer blade in your thought you can,t kiss for 2 weeks. but for you it,s to late.i told the doctor if feels like a christmas tree in my stroat.you need to gallgle with salt. go see the doctor. he can give you some medication.theirs alot of pain.the mouth is raw.and red.i get it by christmas almost every year.
