Did you roll an Alliance character on a PvP server?
Seriously, the diagnosis of retardation is hard to make, especially "mild." Perhaps you have ADHD and need to be taught in different ways.
If a subject interests you sufficiently, are you able to learn about it and gain expertise in it? Not just something like math, but perhaps an interest in sports or cycling or some other hobby that takes skill to work in.
You may find that some academic subjects bore you or seem like too much work but actually have the ability to learn them if they are presented to you in the right way.

Take an IQ test - it's the official indicator.
I'm not sure who may offer them, though. Try googling it.
100 is an 'average' score typically. depending on the scale, somewhere around 70 or so might be considered 'retarded' and I think you're a 'genius' around 150 or 160. (Rough estimates based on 'what I've heard')

Well you probably dont have mental retardation, just may be a little slower than other people, but thats okay. if you are truly concerned you should consult a doctor, or go in for a mental evaluation.

There are many different types of disability's so just get tested and your doctors will tell you if you have any kind of condition!
Why do you think you might have a mild disability?

Well you start spelling badly...and then you forget to add spaces in your sentences. Also, you forget to make the first letter in a sentence capitalized.
