I am pretty good at the 10 codes but I can not figure out what 10 - 13 means. Does anyone know???

In NYPD officer needs assistance, one of the most dreaded calls made. In other department it could mean any thing.

For example my old department it meant call the office while 10-1 was officer needs assistance.

Where are you at? the 10-codes are different for each area. In my area 10-13 means "correct time".

Depends on where you are. Diffrent departs acroos the country use diffrent 10 code systems

Different places use different codes. In mine it meant send an officer ASAP officer in trouble.

It depends on your municipality. I work for NYPD and 10-13 is OFFICER NEEDS ASSISSTANCE NOW!!! But in other places its different.
