Here's the deal. I started my period Monday morning and it ended on Thursday. This is the shortest I have ever had my period. Plus for the 4 days, I have barely even bled. I have had a light, reddish brown flow. No clotting or heavy bleeding which is characteristic of my period. I could possibly have become pregnant about 3 weeks ago and have been having some symptoms of pregnancy. Morning sickness, headaches, naseau, sore breasts, and increased appetite. I have also found that there has been a slight hardening in my lower abdomen (uterus) and also when I tried to insert tampons for my "period" my vagina is tightening. VERY DETAILED.. but I would really like some answers. Thanks a bunch.

Yes, you definitely can. The light bleeding is characteristic of implantation bleeding, and you've got various other symptoms. If you think you are about 3 weeks along, you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible to see.

The only way to know is to either take a pregnancy test or have a blood test done at the Dr.... Some women do bleed in early pregnancy and they say it is lighter than or not the same as their normal period....My advice is to get a test....Good Luck!
