Is it possible to take too many. I take 11 a day. They're multi-vitamins, 3 for skin, 1 Vitamin e pill and one women's multi vitamin. My boyfriend says it's too many.

Yes it is possible to take too many vitamins. A good quality Multi vitamin covers most of your vitamins Needs. I advise you to cut back as much as you can. Try taking just the Multi vitamin twice daily and nothing else for one month and see if you feel the same way. Chances are you will not feel any differences therefore you will only need to take the Multi vitamin.

there is such a thing as vitamin poisoning. too much of anything is toxic. no way you should be taking 11 multi's a day. talk to the supplement specialist at your local health food store. they can help you identify areas where there may be deficiencies and recommend the right supplements to your diet. taking vitamins without some sort of guidance is reckless and potentially harmful. besides being expensive.

I'm sure there should be a limit for each of these. However, if you're taking different vitamins you should be ok. I still prefer to get vitamins naturally from the food. If you're doubtful about it you should consult your physician, specialy if you're taking that many
