Is there a wrkout tape that is boxing>?

No. There are tapes about boxing, and tapes about training, but the closest the blogbaba can get to a tape that "is" boxing was the documentary "When we were Kings", the Ali/Forman rehash. Great tape, great entertainment, and a great song at the end of it.

I'm getting used to giving Santana thumbs ups and I gotta give him another, he's right if your beginning, find a gym.

Ringside.com offers a whole bunch of them. I don't recommend trying to learn how to box watching videos. Get yourself to a gym and get a trainer.
