What is the ratio of biblical god's spirit? Is it ....... 50% evil and 50% good, or what?

If there was a god, and he created everything - then he must have created evil, as evil is a component of the universe accoding to the bible. To create anything you should have to know how it works intimately, because if you do not know something intimately you cannot possibly create it perfectly as god is supposed to have done. If he created satan (a previous angel) then he gave satan and every other angel the ability to hate - and if god has planned everything as the bible states then he planned for satan to turn evil which in turn means that god is part evil as it was his plan to implement evil into creation......which makes no sence because supposedly god is all loving and only cares for us, but if he truely did why did he allow evil to spread. I'd say evil is a human specific condition and people that made up the concept of god really werent intelligent enough to think their ideas through completely. This is why religion is flawed, because it is based on the intellect of men some 2000 years ago who had limited ability to design a consistent god to worship. Now look at where religion is, its a quagmire of inconsistencies, multiple interpretations and continuous dissagreement, not a pretty picture if you look at it objectively.
