i don't know what your Bible says about it. but all i can say is that always treat people with respect whether you like the person or not. Try to think of her as your own mom and treat her like that. One day which might be just tomorrow she could just turn out to be a good person.

The bible says to "honor your parents in the Lord". I say again, "in the Lord". If one or both of your parents do not believe in the Lord and you do, then you may perceive them as different than you. That is normal and allowed by the Lord and Jesus. Your beliefs and theirs will sooner or later lead to conflict and that is OK and allowed. God would never force you to honor a parent who didn't even believe in Him.

The bible teaches us to honor or parents (step-parents included)
16Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God commanded you, that your days may be prolonged and that it may go well with you in the land which the Lord your God gives you.

It would be wise to discuss your feelings with your father too, maybe you can work things out together.

There are at least two ways to think about the situation. Example (extreme); a wife is a good thing. Yet, Jezebel was a wife to Ahab; was she a good thing?

You are supposed to honor your parents..."step" or not......You need to change your tune, have you even tried to get along with her? I doubt this....until you do try, you will be miserable....
