Buffalos do have wings.
At least, they do before the food manufacturer's cut them off the calves when they're newly born. That's why they're so small when served in restaurants. Also, you know how mystery meat always taste like chicken. Buffalo wings didin't have time to develop the true buffalo taste so they taste like chicken.
The logo for the NFL team Buffalo Bills shows the buffalo in its natural state with wings.

Buffalo wings, wings, or chicken wings are chicken wing sections (called flats and drums) which are often served deep fried and coated in sauce. Buffalo wings are named after the city of Buffalo, New York where they originated, and the appellation "buffalo" is now commonly applied to foodstuffs other than wings that are seasoned with the sauce or close variations on it.

Yes, the recipe (apparently) originated in Buffalo, New York.
However, Chicken of the Sea tuna really is made from a rare aquatic type of chicken. It's called the Merchicken.
And Hot Pockets are made from stuff that was actually found in peoples' pockets.
