No. If you've got the cash and you're current on your utilities payments then by all means, go right ahead.

What reason do you have for buying one ? Are you planing to defend your home or clean up the nabourhood ? I think you might be better off spending the money on a decent rifle and learning to be a top notch shooter. But if you feel the need for a good tatical shotgun look at the Mossburg 590 9 shot. Its a sweet gun at a decent price. And the ghost ring sight system is dead on everytime.

I know a guy who has had his in twice (back to Benelli)and it's still acting up. Check out their webpage and go to the forums section to see what everyone thinks of them. I own a Franchi (made by Beretta too) and love it. I know their customer service is slow as he**.

depends on the use, but going for a m4 is not a good idea, they are allot of $$, useless for hunting anything on 4 legs, or at a range >50yrd. they are tactical shotguns, they would make good home defense, but they require matence. a remington or such is MUCH better for hunting becasue of the longer barrel, meining more acuracy, range, power, just generally better. the m4 was desind becasue the gov needed a gun that could clear a room, that is what an m4 is good at, it is not really meant for much else.

No. It is a better system than the M1 or M3. Have had a chance to check one out and shoot it. It cycles faster than an M1. It's worth the difference in price.
Buy it and enjoy it.

If you have the money, you should never feel guilty purchasing a quality firearm. Buy it and shoot the heck out of it!!!

I find that the pistol grip firearms feel more natural when holding them. They are ergonomically correct. I do not know why this type of firearm is not more widely accepted.
