Let me guess you've won?? If you got an e-mail for this just delete it, it is a fraud. They want you to give them your bank account number and then they will clean your account out.
The operators aren't even in the UK they are more likely in some place that allows this crap.

Not likely.
But "just in case", why are you asking?
1) Did you voluntarily buy a UKNL lottery ticket and want to know if it will ever pay off?
2) Or more likely, did someone contact you about what you already have won?
If it's case 2, this is a typical scam. Remember, you cannot win a lottery you never entered.
And usually it's illegal for U.S. citizens to engage in offshore gambling due to U.S. laws, not the laws of other countries. Our government likes to protect us from our own "vices".

There is a UK lottery. It is open to anyone from any country. But due to gambling laws in the UK, you have to be a resident of the UK to purchase tickets online.
If you got an email telling you that you won, it is a scam. The only way to win is to pay to play.
