No . none of them that you have mentioned qualify for the term ' Cladode' as given in the botany text books on Plant Morphology.

1) Phyllantus emblica ( Note the spelling) - Is a tree having normal simple leaves. ( Though appear compound)

2)Jatropha curcas ( Note the spelling) - Here too normal leaves.

3)Ricinus communis- Normal leaves.

And

4) Euphorbia tirucalli - Here the stem is a phylloclade and has MANY internodes.The leaves are reduced or absent.

CLADODE is basically a phlloclade but it has only ONE internode.

Example is Ruscus platiclados and R. aculeatus.

In the picture above the leaf like structures are branches with single internode. And they have flowers as well.

Another example of cladode is Asparagus.
In this there is a whorl of branches of single inter nodes.
