Talk to her parents about it and get her help. Call your local mental health clinic and take her in. Or if you are afraid she will hurt herself or someone else and she doesn't want to go into therapy...have her committed temporarily until she's been evaluated and has received some help. If you love her you will do whatever it takes to get her some help.

What you are describing sounds more like multiple personality disorder. I am willing to bet she was molested at a very young age. Schizophrenia is more about hearing voices in your head and behaving in a delusional manner.

If she is not willing to help herself, I am sorry to say that there is little you can do for her besides being supportive and patient.

Take her to a doctor and see what they say. If she is schizophrenic then medication could maybe help her. It could be something else. I've suffered with an anxiety disorder and sometimes felt I was schizoprenic/ different people. It can happen.

Hope it works out for you both.

Speak to her parents privately without her knowledge and then get the heck away from her and stay away. You cannot believe the heartbreak and even physical pain you may experience from a person like this. Get out while you can.

Schizophrenics do not have mulitple personalities. If you have seen mulitple personalities this is different than schizophrenia. Either way she needs to see the doc for a diagnosis and treatment.

RUN!! Run now before it's too late!!!!!!
Or, just make sure she goes to a doctor to get help with the problem, or at least get properly diagnosed...

Encourage her to seek professional help. If she refuses to do so, you need to leave as this is not a healthy relationship for you to be in.

This is probably a cry for help, but my guess is that she does need professional help, even if it isn't genuine. Is she damaged?
