You have to wait 3 months after applying for a marriage license to get married in Ireland, but if you're both consenting, sure, it's legal!

And yes, it's filipino...I have filipino relatives by marriage.

You can marry anywhere in the world, the only difference is are you going to live in Ireland?the US ?What are your plans ? immigration? The marriage would be legal in Ireland.You need to go into more detail what your plans are.

Would you be willing to go back home with her to live? Would she still want to marry you then, or just using you to gain citizenship? Better think about that before sweating legal stuff.

Yes it is legal, though it would be advisable to check that her visa's are all in order.
You won't want her to have to leave the country before you can marry.
