I chose to return to Earth to learn new lessons and learn to love everyone as a unique soul. I have learned not to worry about insignificant things anymore. When you think about it, nothing really matters in the end so why should I worry. So, while I am in this life I might as well just enjoy it.

The only solution to reincarnation is to become neh-karma (without action). Most mysticists and buddhists believe that to become neh-karma you must achieve desirelessness with respect to those realms that are under the law of karma. There is also the issue of latent karma which some believe can only be eliminated through the workings of a guru who is commissioned and comes from a region above the realm of karma. There is an excellent book called, "The Wheel of Life and the Mystery of Death" by Kirpal Singh which discusses all of this.

Without direct knowledge through transcendence, it's all just speculation. You might as well put your faith in Jesus or Jim Jones.

There are various proscribed methods for achieving desirelessness, usually involving some sort of meditation. The gross mind and subtle mind must be brought under control. Most say this is impossible without the assistance of a guru. It would be like trying to learn to play Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto #3 on your own, without the aid of a master of the piano. Once the mind is under control, you're home free assuming you have eliminated the Sanchit (stored karma) of course.
