In my opinion, there are a few that display more intellect(however misguided) than others. namely:Heretic,Meat-bot,Sho Nuff,The Dude.
I assume that all in this group are professing Atheists(I am not certain).

Tough question, there are so many. I respect Sean "Jim Darwin", The Dude, Godless, Godzilla, Smarty Pants, Gandalf. Captain Atheism, Girl Wonder, the list could go on and on.

My favorite is "imrational"; however, I haven't seen him on Answers in quite a while.
I respect all atheists because every one of them is a wonderful creation of God!

Well I have respect for all people under God.
That is all of us.
I value their human life and I just pray that
someday they find the answers they seek
in the word of God.
I believe Jesus loved us all and died for us all
and I have to respect that.
