Why am I shaking? Are you... serious? That's a scary question if you're serious. Either you are a complete f***ing idiot, or you truly have no idea why you are shaking. If you really don't know, and nothing here sounds good, go to the hospital NOW. If you're still conscious.
P.S. Actually, call an ambulance, don't drive. Unexplained shaking, BAD.

i think you have a case of the bird flu...and you should stay away from everyone because you are contaminated...you need to cover yourself with saran wrap and turn the heat up real high.
