Sure, there's always a way to cheat, but it involves jail time and large fines.

Your TV card is not a DirecTV receiver; it will only receive analog terrestrial channels. You still have to use your DirecTV box and that's where the decrypting is taking place, not at your computer so no, you can't decrypt/descramble a DirecTV signal with your computer using that. Also, it should be mentioned that there is no current "hack" for DirecTV, legal or not so even if the jailtime and fines don't scare you, you still wouldn't be able to hack it.
