The Illegal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1996 made it against the law to give welfare to any person who does not have a legal status and it made it illegal to give welfare to a LEGAL immigrant as well until they have been here for 5 years and welfare has a maximum date at which it expires it is not a lifetime thing it expires after a certain amount of months depending on the state you live in.

For the person saying he would turn them in it would take you two seconds to lose your job then because client files are private and you are not allowed to share those files with anyone unless there is a warrant from the court demanding them.
I guess that is why you don't work for social services.

You have listed many of the reasons that our immigration laws must be enforced. They are destroying our country. You are right, illegals have tons of kids!

I have 4 kids but I paid for their medical and other things. I didn't sponge off the tax payer!

Another problem is things like Arnold's plan to give medical coverage to everyone, even the illegals. It is a joke. He claims that all Californians must pay a "hidden tax" when we pay for our medical to take care of the non-insured. With his program the costs of medical will go down because everyone will have to have coverage. He doesn't mention about how more people will use the the medical (added cost) or how it will be paid for.

There will be an added "fee" but in the long run the costs will go down. Fees don't need approval by the voters but taxes do. That's why it is a "fee" instead of a "tax." Idiot!

Illegal aliens get welfare all of the time.

I wouldn't say that they are the largest consumer though...the fact stands that illegal aliens send back major portions of their checks BACK to Mexico to family members there. They take advantage of us. When you have 20+ people living in a three bedroom house with only 1.5 bathrooms there are serious problems that arise in an area. What makes it worse is if it happens to be an apartment. Since the illegal aliens live like this they don't register as the largest consumer because they don't NEED to consume as much as a single family living under one roof needs to. Sad but true...they are taking the majority of the money they make and sending it back to their country of origin.

Actually its their American Born children getting the aid, because they themselves are not eligible. BTW i DO know families who have kids over the age 35, so stop stereotyping. BTW, how many non mexican adults are divorced, how many non-mexican citizens are on perscription drugs or in an asylum, how many Caucasian teenagers have open fired in their classrooms? see u dont like that much do u- but reality is what it is. i know this. in the town i live i herd they are short handed at the welfare office. I'm thinking of looking into getting a job there and ANY illegals who come in for help will be reported and deported. if they are not legal then they don't need the help.

by the way, it does not matter how whites pay for their stuff. we earned that right, we AMERICAN CITIZENS pay our taxes in. if your not legal you don't need the welfare.
