In fairness to Christians, the verse that says that is talking about not judging people in an excessively harsh manner, or in a hypocritical way.
But yeah, a lot of fundies do need ego checks. Let's just hope they get them soon.

It's true many who claim to be Christian are judgemental. However, there is a fine line between being judgemental and pointing out the error of one's ways. Only God and Jesus are allowed to truly judge someone, as they can see what is in their hearts. They can see whether sins committed were the result of weakness of the flesh or intentional (the result of wickedness). They can also see all extenuating circumstances. No human can do that, so we are not to judge. Having said that, it is not judging someone to say 'The Bible clearly says here at this scripture that what you're doing is wrong in God's eyes.' This is not judging since it doesn't involve condemnation of the person or passing down judgement (ie punishment).

good observation! people from all faiths of all different religions judge others because they think their views and beliefs are right, and others are wrong! this is the problem with not only christian hypocrites, but also the MUSLIMS, HIINDUS AND BUDDHISTS! ALL! ARE GUILTY! jesus did say for us to not judge others, lest we be judged ourselves! he is talking about being a hypocrite!! like the pharisees were in his time!! and yes, most christians are money loving business people who don't lift a finger to help the homeless, yet say they have the answers! so they!! are hypocrites! they love money!! not god! if they tell you they are not motivated by money, and material things, then they lie!!

Christians are allowed to chastise or point out sins to one another. We should not judge but we all have that in us. The real Judgement Day is coming and I know that I am not the one that is sitting on that throne.

Actually, you left out part of the quote (typical). Jesus was saying that you needed to get your own act together before you went out and tried to correct other people.
Judgment is not inherently bad. The Bible talks about both permissible and impermissible forms of judgment.
You cannot accuse someone of being mean just because they disagree with you, if that is what you are getting at.

1 Corinthians 6:3
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
1 Corinthians 6:2-4
It's the word of God that judges people. Christians are commanded to spread the Gospel.

It's human nature.Everyone has free will. We all have a tendency to judge,at one point or another. Nobody's perfect. Hopefully we all will see that it's not right for us to judge, and maybe we can work on it.Use your observations in life to guide you to do what you believe is right. We can all lead by example.

Stupidity. No really.
I have MANY religious friends, who attend a particular church, that practically makes judgment of others their basis of belief. Its harsh, its worng, its not biblical, but be it through choice, or forced belief, the continue to do it, even when pointed out to them its wrong, by other people and church pastors.
I dont know why, maybe they arent really Christians. Maybe they dont want to look at their own sins. Maybe they are selfish, or just plain ignorant. Who knows.

But see, that's one of the many ideals that some Christians overlook just to suit their own agenda.
